More and more SMEs are incorporating these tools to transform the way they work, adapt to change, and improve their results.
During June 2025, Insight LAC conducted an intensive training program for the Federal Investment Council (CFI), with the objective of strengthening the digital skills of its technical and administrative staff. The experience, which combined theory, practice, and a workplace-oriented approach, left one key lesson: adopting AI tools is not a future option, but an urgent necessity for today’s teams.
The training covered everything from fundamental concepts to practical applications, including the use of tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude; task automation with Excel; drafting strategic documents; creating presentations and institutional videos; and designing effective prompts for daily productivity. The methodology was participatory and focused on real-world cases, enabling participants to immediately acquire key skills.
However, technology alone is not enough. “The value lies in what technology cannot do on its own: imagine, empathize, adapt, and decide,” said Paula Garnero, Director of Insight LAC, during one of the sessions. This is the guiding principle behind our work: preparing people to use AI as an ally, not as a threat. AI with purpose, promoted through ethical, responsible, and strategic use.
The opportunity for the private sector: closing the digital gap
At Insight LAC, we develop training programs specifically designed for companies that want to begin—or accelerate—their digital transformation journey. We know that many SMEs are adopting these technologies from the ground up, thanks to accessible tools such as generative AI. But we also know that doing so without guidance can lead to fragmented, inefficient, or unethical outcomes.
That is why we support organizations of all sizes in closing this gap. Our approach includes:
• Generative AI training: enhanced productivity, prompt design, and change management.
• Digital maturity assessment: What stage is your company currently in?
• Digital transformation roadmap: concrete, realistic, and scalable actions.
• Industry trend analysis: what other companies in your sector are doing and how to adapt best practices.
• Ethical and responsible approach: because AI should not replace human judgment, but enhance it.
AI is already transforming business models, customer experience, and decision-making processes. The question is not whether to adopt it, but how to do so intelligently and in alignment with your values.
At Insight LAC, we help companies take that step with confidence and a forward-looking vision.
